Developing Strategic Communications

This presentation was part of the "Approaches to Communications Planning" session at the NNIP May 2015 partners meeting . Tim Bray from Institute for Urban Policy Research at University of Texas at Dallas discussed their approach that uses internal staff skills and a simple planning tool to help focus on the purpose for each activity.
