As the founder of The Data Center in 1997, and the Executive Director of Nonprofit Knowledge Works from 2005 until June 30, 2013, Charlotte has more than 20 years of experience working with funders, nonprofits, and community organizations around the development, use, and dissemination of data and information for organizational decisionmaking. She is completing her current consulting project at Metropolitan Human Services District. Charlotte has an MBA from the A.B. Freeman School of Business at Tulane University where she concentrated in finance and strategic management, an MPH in Health Systems Management from the Tulane University School of Public Health and Tropical Medicine, and a PhD in Economic Development from Tulane. She was honored as the 2005 Entrepreneur of the Year by the Tulane University Freeman School of Business for her work as the founder of The Data Center.
