Sabina Deitrick, PhD is Associate Professor in the Graduate School of Public and International Affairs and Director of the Urban and Regional Analysis program at the University Center for Social and Urban Research (UCSUR). She serves on the Urban Affairs Association Governing Board and the editorial board of the Journal of Urban Affairs and Economic Development Quarterly.  She received her PhD in city and regional planning at the University of California, Berkeley and BA and MA from the University of Pennsylvania.
