Lysa has worked in the non-profit sector for 15+ years. Her experience ranges from direct Care Coordination with young people navigating the Mental Health and Foster Care systems, to training, data and outcomes management. Lysa's passion lies in supporting the people who do the work - helping teams and communities understand what data says about their population, and working with them to advance their work in ways that improve the lives of the people they serve. As the Community Engagement Manager with Neighborhood Nexus, Lysa works to connect and grow the data community in Georgia and creates tools and content to support organizations and staff. 

Lysa holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Virginia, and a Master of Public Administration degree with a specialty in Nonprofit Management from Georgia State University.
