Alan Lange is the director of Collaborative Solutions at Community Link in Sacramento, California.  In his time with the agency, Alan has facilitated the work of a number of community based advisory groups, such as the Human Services Coordinating Council and the Public Health Advisory Board.  Additionally, he has led more than one dozen community research and planning projects, including the Sacramento County Children’s Report Card, conducting needs and assets assessments of people living with HIV, examining the special needs of vulnerable populations in disasters, and administering listening session campaigns to engage residents in priority setting.  Alan has also facilitated proposal reviews for a variety of County programs that have resulted in more than $30 million being distributed to local service providers.  Alan holds a Master of Public Administration degree from the University of Southern California and has his bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Berkeley.
