Area Agency on Aging (AAA) 1-B Wait-list

D3 is collaborating with AAA 1-B to document outcomes for individuals placed on AAA wait lists for in-home care services. The study will compare outcomes for those who receive services with those who do not, measuring outcomes such as nursing home placement, mortality, independence, quality of life, and health care utilization.  The findings will help assess the value of AAA services by quantifying their effect and will help establish predictors for home and community-based long term care outcomes.
