KIDS COUNT webinar: New Data from the ACS, CPS, and Supplemental Poverty Measure

This fall, the Census Bureau will release new 1-, 3-, and 5- year data from the American Community Survey (ACS). These are the first ACS estimates that will be controlled to the 2010 Census. Mark Mather and Genevieve Dupuis from PRB will talk about what to expect from the new data. We will also discuss the ACS in the context of other data releases, including the CPS poverty and health insurance estimates (scheduled for September 13) and the supplemental poverty estimates coming out later this fall. Finally, we will review plans for new data on the he KIDS COUNT Data Center in the coming months.
