NNIPCamp April 2024: Preventing Displacement

New housing in hot markets often comes at a cost: often existing housing is demolished for a new building to be built. This inherently causes displacement as residents, even if guaranteed a "right to return," are left without short-term options. What is working in your cities to address this and similar concerns? Are there examples from NNIP partners showing good displacement mitigation? What similar problems do you face?
