This session was part of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) Performance and Evaluation Office Webinar Series brings together national and local expertise to share advice and tools for engaging communities with data. The speakers present considerations when incorporating community engagement methods into research planning and activities and give an overview of related resources from the Urban Institute and the National Neighborhood Indicators Partnership. They spend most of the session time presenting two well-tested models for structuring community conversations with data: Data Walks and Data Chats. They describe the general models and ideas for how they could be useful in your own efforts.
