NNIP Shared Indicators System: Draft Framework

This paper, presents the draft framework and candidate indicators for the proposed NNIP Shared Indicators System.  As of Spring 2015, the network has not yet raised the funds for implementation of these ideas.

Section 1 presents the purposes of the system and our approach to structure design and indicator selection. Section 2 sets forth the overall structure for the system and identifies neighborhood level goals to which indicators can be related. Section 3 discusses the proposed indicators within 10 topical domains.  For each indicator, :we (a) restate applicable neighborhood goals; (b) discuss technical problems and opportunities related to developing the indicators; and (c) list the indicators selected for the system.
