Kelly Nelson of the Piton Foundation's Shift Research lab reflects on the Spring 2017 NNIP Meeting. She writes, "NNIP’s partner meeting, which is held biannually, provides a valuable opportunity to learn from our colleagues and friends in partner cities about how neighborhood data can be used to improve communities and drive social change." Additionally, her three main takeaways from the meeeting in Baltimore were: the importance of peer-to-peer connections, the role of neighborhoods in health, and the plethora of exciting initaitives and work happening in the City of Baltimore.
