The Charlotte-Mecklenburg Children’s Budget (Children’s Budget) is the first comprehensive report that tracks public and private investments in programs serving the children of this community. The Larry King Center (LKC) of the Council for Children’s Rights intends to continue to publish the Children’s Budget annually as an objective assessment of spending on children in the community.
