CMAP Posts Best Practices for Data Sharing Among Local Governments in the Chicago Region

CMAP posted a Best Practices document for Data Sharing among Local Governments in the Chicago Region.  This was an action item in CMAP's GoTo 2040 comprehensive regional plan (see http://www.cmap.illinois.gov/2040/improve-access-to-information).  

We presented the recommendations at URISA's (Urban and Regional Information Systems Association) annual conference in Indianapolis in November 2011, and received good feedback.
