Summary Memo on Analysis Plan and Data Sources

Produced for the NNIP cross-site initiative on foreclosures and children, this working document summarizes the contents of the three local memos produced for the planning stage of the project.   It addresses the research questions to be answered in the analysis; describes the contents and limitations of the data sources to be used; outlines the methodology of matching school to foreclosure data; and discusses the context of the local housing market and education systems.  It is provided here as a resource for researchers interested in doing similar analysis for other cities.
