Ingrid Gould Ellen joined a panel of researchers, government officials and stakeholders to discuss the “Next Generation” of rental housing federal policies at a White House conference on Oct. 13, 2010. The conference addressed how housing policy could more effectively combat poverty, address social inequity issues, and create new incentives for wealth building in urban and rural America.
