Who Moves to Lawrenceville, and Why

The Lawrenceville New Resident Survey was conducted to provide community leaders with an understanding of the factors driving recent change in Pittsburgh's Lawrenceville neighborhood. Two mail surveys were conducted in the summer of 2011: a survey of those who have recently moved to Lawrenceville, and a survey of those having moved away. The survey results are now being used to guide housing and development strategies, and inform resident attraction and retention efforts in Lawrenceville.
