Reentry Mapping Network's Sample Memorandum of Understanding

This document is an example of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between a local research organization and a state department of corrections. The MOU outlines an agreement for the sharing of corrections data to be used for reentry analysis and mapping.  It was published as an appendix in theUrban Institute's Mapping Prisoner Reentry: An Action Research Guidebook (Second edition), the final report for NNIP's cross-site Reentry Mapping Project.
