NNIPCamp April 2024: Identifying More Relevant (and Resonant) Peer Cities

D3 has been working with the Johnson Center on a framework to identify more relevant peer city comparisons for Michigan, so that we're using comparisons that actually resonate with people emotionally rather than just using the same old tired "Detroit's another rust belt city", etc. We're happy to share where we've gotten to, but are also curious to learn how other partners approach this!
