MPIP Survey Procedures 2005

 This study seeks to produce reliable and accurate information on issues related to quality of life in the Philadelphia region and the state of Pennsylvania, and where possible to determine the extent to which public perceptions correspond to actual conditions in these areas.  The study further seeks to establish benchmark measures against which future data could be compared in order to assess change in key measures and the citizenry’s perceptions of quality of life.
