APPAM: Mobilizing Data-Driven Outreach for 2020 Census

Kathy Pettit presented at a panel at the annual meeting of the Association of Public Policy Analysis and Management (APPAM). She presented on ways that data, analytic, and technology groups could get involved locally in helping plan strategy for local Get Out the Count efforts to reach famliies with young children and people of color.
