Sonja and NNIP Alum Jordan Wirfs-Brock led a session at the SRCCON conference on user testing. http://schedule.srccon.org/#_session-roadmap-user-testing
For the workshop, Sonja created an activity document: http://bit.ly/2hDhXDf.
According to Sonja:
“Why this activity was fun for me was because instead of starting with the method to use, we actually wanted everyone to think about their problem statement or the questions they wanted to answer first. Then we thought of users, our relationships with those users, and how users might answer those questions. Then we discussed methods. I created method cards that were inspired by a lot of free resources and participants had to choose options based on the question they want answered, who their users are, and the amount of time they have.”
